Shipping Policy

Production time is shown on your order and starts after payment is confirmed and your artwork has passed our review. Larger orders, extra print locations and artwork that needs adjustment can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

We ship within Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Once a shipment is created, we add the carrier and tracking number to your order, and you can follow it from your order tracking link.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If a shipment is lost, badly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier on a replacement or refund.

Please check your shipping address before paying. If an address is wrong, contact us immediately — we can usually change it before the label is created, but not after.
