Terms of Service

You may use this site to design and order custom printed apparel. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials private.

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Final prices, discounts, taxes and shipping are calculated on our servers when you check out, and that calculation is what applies to your order. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we have completed our artwork review. We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, and refund it — for example if artwork cannot be produced, if we believe it may infringe someone's rights, or if we cannot source the blank garment.

Items are printed to order using your artwork. Cancellation, change and return rules for custom items differ from stock products — see our Custom Order Policy and Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You confirm you have the rights or permissions needed for what you ask us to print — see our Artwork & Intellectual Property Policy. We do not use your artwork in our own marketing unless you give us permission.

We aim to match colours, sizes and production times as closely as we reasonably can, but printed colour, placement and garment measurements vary within normal production tolerances. Production and shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

These terms may change. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution and consumer-protection wording are deliberately not drafted here. A qualified lawyer should write those sections for your business before launch.
