Custom Order & Design Approval Policy

At checkout you see the preview of every item, the print locations, sizes, colours and quantities. You confirm that the preview represents what you want printed. We produce from what you approved, so please check it carefully.

After you order, our team reviews the artwork for print quality and for the rights concerns described in our Artwork & Intellectual Property Policy. An order can be held at this stage; we will contact you if it is.

Contact us as soon as possible. Before production starts we can usually change sizes, colours, quantities or artwork — a price difference may apply. Once production has started, changes generally are not possible.

Printed colour can differ from what you see on screen, since screens and inks do not reproduce colour identically. Print placement and garment measurements vary slightly between pieces. Low-resolution artwork can look soft when printed; we warn you when we detect it, but you can choose to proceed.

We produce the quantity on your order. If a piece is spoiled during production we reprint it; if we cannot, we refund that piece.
